If have bad eye-sight a version of the app appears showing font and images at a bigger size which can switched in the settings.

Text to speech setting for blind people to automatically say the words on the screen to the blind person.

Use of vibrations and flashing lights for alerts for deaf people to help identify and distinguish the type of alert

Certain colour / certain amount of times phone vibrates for certain alert types.

Alerts are customisable. You choose which colour or how many times vibrate for which alert.
