Decide how we will communicate the alerts with deaf, blind, and other people with disabilities. Maybe have a personalised feature where a person can enter whether they have a physical disability so they may get alerts sooner than those who do not have physical abilities so they can get home faster/away from the disaster sooner? Personalise features to the customer: As above, people with disabilities. Also, personalise the information to the location of the person using the app. For example, alerts for those in Argentina would be different to those in Japan. Discuss and brainstorm functionality: Make a list of features and example content that can be included in the app. Perhaps an example list of content.
