To-do list::

Concept of app/website: 

Decide what we need on the app/website. What is the most important information the public will need. Decide how we will communicate the alerts with deaf, blind, and other people with disabilities. Maybe have a personalised feature where a person can enter whether they have a physical disability so they may get alerts sooner than those who do not have physical abilities so they can get home faster/away from the disaster sooner?

Personalise features to the customer:

As above, people with disabilities. Also, personalise the information to the location of the person using the app. For example, alerts for those in Argentina would be different to those in Japan.

Discuss and brainstorm functionality:

Make a list of features and example content that can be included in the app. Perhaps an example list of content. Design a prototype version of what the app will look like and how the features will look.

Timetable:

Create a cohesive timetable so that we can all give updates on what parts of the project we have done. One person can be in charge of the timetable and with the help of the team the proper updates can be given for the project in a timely manner.

Meetings:

Organise meetings, on a weekly basis, in order to catch up on everyone's progress.
