Barry Walsh - Second Prototypes Testing

Second Protype Testing Home Page It's nicely designed and pleasant to look at. Making it accessible to the reader. Very good. Conveniently structured. It's a neatly organised template. Settings Page It's precise and straight forward in it's presentation. Sign In Page Pretty good. Seems simple enough Straight to the point Educate Page Insightful. Provides useful advice in terms of surviving the pandemic. It's neat. It's displayed in a symmetrical grid. Well balanced. Call Page Direct. It's quickly operational, which is what you need in emergencies. By that, I mean it's great to contact services with just one push of the button.

Aidan O'Connor - Second Prototype Responses

Second Prototype Responses Here are the responses I gained from people who viewed my newer prototypes. •“yea looks rllygood! only thing i’dchange is make the little symbols a bit clearer” •“I think it’s good again it’s clear the way it will be layer out and how it works” •“All looks good! Don’t see anything to do different” • “Its good man,  i like the way  theres relevant content only, no  neccessary features,  And personalise options look handy” •“Looks good, it works on desktop and mobile so yeah, so long you have all the info you need” • “On the first pic, I would make the map bigger as it would be the most important part of the web page. Other than that it's really well formatted! • “Really nice!! I like the tab menu thingy a lot” • “It's good, I  get  what everything means and it's simple and to the point! Maybe add some  colours so  the  colour-scheme  would be clear?” • “Looks really good! You could always draw up rough...

We have all agreed that this will be the flowchart that we will use to guide us in making our site.

donnalouise - notes from Phil - 22.04.2020

be careful using COVID-19 - not all the stats are accurate - too much info bopping around web page viewable on an app so don't make it look too much like an app - it is viewable through the browser on your phone don't get too caught up in feedback from family - they love you so they might just be nice for the sake of not hurting your feelings.

Aidan O'Connor - Feedback

What We've Heard "As an App Design it's pretty good!" "woah that's looks really good!! I love all the different pages, landing page confused me a lil bit tho" "It looks good, you can clearly see what everything for" "The first two are good! The second two, what do the graphs mean? (after explaining) Oh that's a really cool feature!" "I like it, the layouts simple so easy to understand" "(About the Age box) Maybe add there slightly transparent dd/mm/yy, or some labelling and good" "yea it looks good! for the calling thing for the emergency shrives, make that a bit more obvious like make a phone symbol or something" "I think it looks good, maybe add some visual icons, pictures etc" "Ya looks good tbh I'd probs like to see ur menu options aswell" "I think its good it's clear what you are trying to show and how it will look" "Yeah man it looks good, Just maybe fo...

Darragh Leahy - Web Page Prototypes

Image
The prototypes that I drew up focuses on how the web/app will look on a computer/laptop. The home page will have a map of the country you are located in (you can change location in settings), and will go into detail into the amounts of cases in the areas around the country. Along the top is the navigation menu which leads you to different pages that include different information surrounding COVID-19. Just under the navigation bar you can see the settings. The settings will appear as a side bar to the page after being clicked on. In the settings you would be able to find your personal radius, in which you can set to your own personal preference, so that the map will change accordingly and also the numbers at the bottom of the home screen. You will also be able to allow notifications to come through to your phone/computer and can personalise your alerts to your preference also. As touched on before, you can change your location here. Most devices will be tracking your location already so...
